Seasons In The Sun

Goodbye to you my trusted friend
We've known each other since we were nine or ten
Together we've climbed hills and trees
Learned of love and ABC's
Skinned our hearts and skinned our knees
Goodbye my friend it's hard to die
When all the birds are singing in the sky
Now that spring is in the air
Pretty girls are everywhere
Think of me and I'll be there

We had joy, we had fun
we had seasons in the sun
But the hills that we climbed
Were just seasons out of time

Goodbye Papa please pray for me
I was the black sheep of the family
You tried to teach me right from wrong
Too much wine and too much song
Wonder how I got along
Goodbye Papa it's hard to die
When all the birds are singing in the sky
Now that the spring is in the air
Little children everywhere
When you see them, I'll be there

We had joy, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the wine and the song
Like the seasons have all gone
We had joy, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the wine and the song
Like the seasons have all gone

Goodbye Michelle my little one
You gave me love and helped me find the sun
And every time that I was down
You would always come around
And get my feet back on the ground
Goodbye Michelle it's hard to die
When all the birds are singing in the sky
Now that the spring is in the air
With the flowers everywhere
I wish that we could both be there

Isabella

Isabella adalah
Kisah cinta dua dunia
Mengapa kita berjumpa
Namun akhirnya terpisah
Siang jadi hilang
Ditelan kegelapan malam
Alam yang terpisah
Melenyapkan sebuah kisah...

Terbayang lambaianmu
Salju terbakar kehangatan
Dunia di penuhi
Warna berseri bunga cinta
Kita yang terlena
Hingga musim berubah
Mentari menyepi
Bernyalalah api cinta

1
Dia Isabella
Lambang cinta yang lara
Terpisah kerana
Adat yang berbeza
Cinta gugur bersama
Daun daun kekeringan...

Haluan hidupku
Terpisah dengan Isabella
Tapi aku terpaksa
Demi cintaku Isabella
Moga dibukakan
Pintu hatimu untukku
Akan terbentang jalan
Andainya kau setia
Oh! Isabella....

The actor...

Your're such a serious girl
You've got the weight of the world on your shoulders
You hide away in your room
And every day you get just that much older

Your mind is filled with politics
Global trends and dirty tricks
Let it breathe let it be
Find a little heaven (find a little heaven with me)

Chorus:
My blue angel it's no crime
To make sweet love in the moonlight
My blue angel there's a time
A time for saving the day
And time to fly away

You've got a beautiful face
Oh byt you're weatring the saddest expression
You know that life is too short
For only seeing your darkest obsession

You're so consumed with social views
Conspiracies and hidden clues
Give it up set it free
Came and spread your wings (come and spread your wings for me)

Chorus:
My blue angel it's no crime
To make sweet love in the moonlight
My blue angel there's a time
A time for saving the day
And time to fly away

Rap:
The Middle East, Bejing Square, guncontrol, polluted air, The right to
life, the CIA, the mystery of JFK
Brutality and acid rain, homelessness and so much pain
Crazy times, violent crimes, its enough to blow the mind

Paint my love...................

I was almost about to lose my faith was still dreaming
But feared is was too late
But then you came along to my surprise
And stole my heart before my very eyes

* CHORUS : You took me right out of the blue
Simply by showing that you love me too
Only by giving me your everything
With a love so true you
Took me out of the blue

I was wondering what love was all about
I was trying but couldn't work it out
But then you came along to my surprise
And made my frozen mind come alive

* REPEAT CHORUS

You let me out of the darkness
You brought me out in the sun
I think you must be the only one for me
'Cos you took me

Right out of the blue
Simply by showing that you love me too
Only by giving me your everything
Breathing air below my wings
You took me right out of the night
Simply by filling my heart with light
Only by giving me your energy
With a love so true you took me out of the blue

Breaking my heart....

After sometimes I've finally made up my mind

She is the girl and I really want to make her mine

I'm searching everywhere to find her again

To tell her I love her

And I'm sorry 'bout the things I've done

I find her standing in front of the church

The only place in town where I didn't search

She looks so happy in her weddingdress

But she's crying while she's saying this

* CHORUS : Boy I missed your kisses all the time but

This is twentyfive minutes too late

Though travelled so far

Boy I'm sorry you are

Twentyfive minutes too late

Against the wind I'm going home again

Wishing me back to time when we were more than friends

But I still see her in front of the church

The only place in town where I didn't search

She looked so happy in her weddingdress

But she's cried while she was saying this

* REPEAT CHORUS

Out in the streets

Places where hungry hearts have nothing to eat

Inside my head still I can hear the words she said

* REPEAT CHORUS (X2)

I can still hear her say

Cinta Bandar Tasik Selatan........

Tiada apa yang dapat kurasakan
Selain dari cintaku padamu
Tiada lafaz sendu yang terindah
Yang dapat kugambarkan padamu

Bersama janji kita padukan
Seindah rindu yang dirasakan
Iringan bayu senja yang bertiup
Membisikkan cintaku padamu

Mengapakah perpisahan
Terjadi dalam cintaku
Ketika ku memerlukan kasihmu
Bandar Tasik Selatan
Mencermin kenangan syahdu
Berderai airmata piluku

Mengapakah perpisahan
Terjadi dalam cintaku
Ketika ku memerlukan kasihmu
Bagaikan dedaun layu
Yang gugur kekeringan
Dahaga mengharapkan rindumu

Senyum tangis sendamu
Sentiasa di hatiku
Namun kini kau tiada bersama

Oh! Berikanku sinaran
Agar dapat ku tempuh
Perjalanan hidupku
Bandar Tasik Selatan
Mencermin kenangan syahdu
Berderai airmata piluku

Cuba...........

Cuba kau dengar
cuba kau cuba
diam bila ku cuba
tuk berbicara dengan kamu

Pernahkah kau ada
bila ku perlu
tuk meluahkan rasa hati

Dan bila kau bersuara
setia ku mendengar
agar tenang kau merasa

Siapa
sebenarnya aku padamu
mungkin sama dengan teman lain
yang bisa kau buat begitu
dan bila
tiada lagi teman bermain
kau pulang tuk dapatkan aku
itulah aku…padamu

Cuba kau lihat
cuba kau cuba
renung ke mata aku
bila ku kaku melihatmu

Pernahkah kau ada
bila ku perlu
tuk menyatakan rasa sakit
dalam diri

Dan bila kau perlu
setia ku menunggu
agar senang kau merasa

Siapa
sebenarnya aku padamu
mungkin sama dengan teman lain
yang bisa kau buat begitu
dan bila
tiada lagi teman bermain
kau pulang tuk dapatkan aku
itulah aku…padamu

Maafkan kerana aku tak pernah
terlintas tuk menulis pada mu
salahkan ku
tak mungkin lagi aku meminta
untuk kau mendengar..
untuk kau melihat ke mataku

Siapa
sebenarnya aku padamu
mungkin sama dengan teman lain
yang bisa kau buat begitu
dan bila
tiada lagi teman bermain
kau pulang tuk dapatkan aku
itulah aku…padamu

Aku..

Aku tetap aku...
Yang penting aku tak ganggu orang...
Aku tetap aku...
Yang penting aku gembira...
Kau siapa??
Ada aku kisah...

Hidup hanya sementara.....

Mungkinkah kita hidup untuk selamanya
Mungkinkah kita mati membawa harta
Mungkinkah kita menjadi penghuni syurga
Ataukah kita kekal di dalam neraka

Hidup kita bukan akhir dari semua
Hidup kita bukanlah segalanya
Siapkah kita saat ajal menjemput kita
Siapkah kita menghadap kepadaNya

Bergegaslah siapkanlah semua
waktu kita tinggal sebentar saja
Bergegaslah perbanyak amal ibadah
Hidup di dunia ini hanya sementara

Ketahuilah... selama kita hidup di dunia
Kerjakan segala perintahNya, jauhi laranganNya

Pahamilah... malaikat telah datang menjemput kita
Takkan ada lagi kesempatan untuk mengucap kata taubat

Tiada Lagi...

Sia sia sudah
Kita jalin cinta
Bila hati selalu berbeda

Sampai kapan lagi
Ku harus menahan
Rasa kecewa di dalam dada

Seandainya kita masih bersatu
Tak mungkinkan menyatu
Walau masih ada sisa cinta
Biarkan saja berakhir sampai
Di sini

Tiada lagi yang ku harapkan
Tiada lagi yang ku impikan
Biar aku sendiri tanpa diri mu

Tiada lagi kata cintaku
Takkan lagi ku bersama mu
Biar ku simpan semua
Kenangan ku bersamamu…

Gadisku

Gadisku
Seri mewangi bagai disiram selautan kasturi
Gadisku
Terindah padamu kerna tak pernah meminta selain cinta
Dialah gadisku (selalu) selama-lamanya

Tak peduli kata orang terhadap dirinya
Aku tahu dia gadisku
Tak peduli nista yang terlempar padaku
Dia tahu dia gadisku

( 1 )
Cinta kan bermakna jika sama saling memahami
Cintaku bercahaya jika disulami cinta suci

Gadisku...

Dikaulah hidup ini rangkap tak bermaya
Dia datang membawa harapan
Di kala hari-hariku menjadi gelita
Dia datang membawa cahaya

Separuh Jiwaku Pergi

Separuh jiwaku pergi
Memang indah semua
Tapi berakhir luka

Reff:
Benar ku mencintaimu
Tapi tak begini
Kau khianati hati ini
Kau curangi aku

Kau bilang tak pernah bahagia
Selama dengan aku
Itu ucap bibirmu
Kau dustakan semua
Yang kita bina
Kau hancurkan semua

How to Choose a Good Durian / 6 Steps to Choosing A Good Durian

First of all, what is a good durian? For us, a good durian is one that is ripe, fresh and free from larvae/worms. However, a durian with worm doesn't mean it is not good because it can still be delicious.
So how do you know if a durian is good or fresh? Here are some steps you can try when looking for a good durian:
1. Look at the tip, if it is too dry means it is no longer fresh. A little dry is okay.
2. Look at the bottom, if it is crack it may be over-ripe or not so fresh. But it still can be delicious.
3. Smell the durian, if there is a strong smell, it is most likely good. If there is no smell, it is probably not ripe.
4. Use your fingernails to scratch the durian, if it sounds hollow it is likely to be a good one.
5. Put the durian close to your ear, shake it and listen carefully, if there is a 'moving' sound, it is likely to be good.
6. Look for holes around the durian, if there is tiny hole somewhere, there is likely to be a worm (larva of an insect) that has burrow into it.
7. Yes, there is actually a 7th step, but it's not going to be useful. If you have the chance to open the durian, open it and taste it. :)

Ways Of Opening A Durian
There are few ways to open the durian. Some might find opening a durian just too difficult, so I'll list other methods in case you want to try another way.
1. Use a short knife, one that is slightly bigger than the standard swiss army knife- most durian farmers use this.
2. Use a big knife, the one for chopping meat - ladies love to use this.
3. Use bare hands - works well for some over-ripe durians.
4. Use a special durian opener, which is made of wood. Not exactly sure where you can find this tool.
5. Use a chainsaw - works very well, but not encouraged. If you're gonna open one this way, shoot a video and send it to me afterwards, yeah? Thanks.

DO U HATE SOMEONE?

A Nice story with a good moral. Please go through.

A kindergarten teacher has decided to let her class play a game.

The teacher told each child in the class to bring along a plastic bag containing a few potatoes.

Each potato will be given a name of a person that the child hates,

So the number of potatoes that a child will put in his/her plastic bag will depend on the number of people he/she hates.

So when the day came, every child brought some potatoes with the name of the people he/she hated. Some had 2 potatoes; some 3 while some up to 5 potatoes. The teacher then told the children to carry with them the potatoes in the plastic bag wherever they go (even to the toilet) for 1 week.

Days after days passed by, and the children started to complain due to the unpleasant smell let out by the rotten potatoes. Besides, those having 5 potatoes also had to carry heavier bags. After 1 week, the children were relieved because the game had finally ended....

The teacher asked: "How did you feel while carrying the potatoes with you for 1 week?". The children let out their frustrations and started complaining of the trouble that they had to go through having to carry the heavy and smelly potatoes wherever they go.

Then the teacher told them the hidden meaning behind the game. The teacher said: "This is exactly the situation when you carry your hatred for somebody inside your heart. The stench of hatred will contaminate your heart and you will carry it with you wherever you go. If you cannot tolerate the smell of rotten potatoes for just 1 week, can you imagine what is it like to have the stench of hatred in your heart for your lifetime???"

Moral of the story: Throw away any hatred for anyone from your heart so that you will not carry sins for a lifetime. Forgiving others is the best attitude to take!

True love is not loving a perfect person but loving an imperfect person perfectly!!

Musculoskeletal disorders

Are Some Parts Of The Body Most Affected?
YES !! The lower back is a “stress point” that is most vulnerable to injury

Backinjuries are potentially the most costly in terms of lost workdays, medicalcosts and worker’s compensationexpenditures

How Do We Protect Our Back and Spine?

Key objectives for building a healthy back:

1. Promote healthy ergonomic behaviors
2. Use engineering controls provided with our production environments (Lifting Aid)
3. Recognize and avoid improper techniques such as not lifting with your back but using your legs instead
4. Modify your tasks or workstation to avoid repetitive stress injuries
5. Learn stretching exercises to reduce repetitive motion injuries
6. Learn from your supervisor the ergonomically correct way to use tools you use on your job
7. Report signs or symptoms of repetitive motion injuries to minimize the severity of any pain and needed treatment.
8. Give thought to improving our workplace continuously to reduce injuries, increase productivity, save money, and improve product quality and job satisfaction.

6 Principles of life...

• No point using limited life to chase unlimited money
• No point earning so much money you cannot live to spend it.
• Money is not yours until you spend it.
• When you are young, you use your health to chase your wealth;
when you are old, you use your wealth to buy back your health.
Difference is that, it is too late.
• How happy a man is, is not how much he has but how little he needs.
• No point working so hard to provide for the people you have no time to spend with
Remember this -- We come to this world with nothing, we leave this world with nothing!

Manusia...

Kasihan Manusia...

I Still Know Who She Is

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80s arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00.

I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would be able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided since I wasn’t busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On examining it I saw it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors and got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.
While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife.
I inquired as to her health. He told me that she had been there for a while! As she is a victim of Alzheimer's disease.
As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in five years now.
I was surprised and asked him, 'And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?'
He smiled as he patted my hand and said, 'She doesn't know me but I still know who she is.' I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm and thought, ¨

'That is the kind of love I want in my life. True love is neither physical nor romantic'.

True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.

Strangers & Friends...

It's amazing when strangers become friends, but its sad when friends
become strangers.
I never want to lose u as a friend!
I met u as a stranger.
Now i have u as a friend.
I hope we meet in our next walk of life where friendship.

Who moved my cheese?

“Life is no straight and easy corridor along which we travel free and unhampered, but a maze of passages, through which we must seek our way, lost and confused, now and again checked in a blind alley.
But always,if we have faith,God will open a door for us,not perhaps one that we ourselves would ever have thought of,but one that will ultimately prove good for us.”
Who moved my cheese? Is a simple parable that reveals profound thruths. It is an amusing and enlightening story of four characthers who live in a maze and look for cheese to nourish them and make them happy.
Cheese is a metaphor for what you want to have in life-whether it is a good job, a loving relationship, money or a possession, health or spiritual peace of mind.
And the maze is where you look for what you want-the organization you work in, or the family or community you live in.
Discover the secret for yourself and learn how to deal with change, so that you suffer less stress and enjoy more success in your work and in life.

Having cheese makes you happy.
The more important your cheese is to you the more you want to hold on to it.
If you do not change, you can become extinct.
What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
Smell the cheese often so you know when it is getting old.
Movement in a new direction helps you find new cheese.
When you move beyond your fear, you feel free.
Imagining myself enjoying new cheese even before I find it,leads me to it.
The quicker you let go of old cheese, the sooner you find new cheese.
It is safer to search in the maze than remain in a cheeseless situation.
Old beliefs do not lead you to new cheese.
When you see that you can find and enjoy new cheese, you change course.
Noticing small changes early helps you adapt to the bigger changes that are to come.

The pressure is on
You feel it

KITA...

Berfikirlah secara rasional dan positif...
Hidup tanpa menghina dan menindas manusia yang lain pasti aman dan damai...
Berdiam diri tidak semestinya bodoh ataupun mengalah...
Bercakap banyak tidak semestinya pandai and mencapai kemenangan...
Bertindaklah mengikut akal dan fikiran bukannya perasaan..
